Elena Bonelli introduces the Roman Song Festival
Olympic Theatre – Rome
Sunday 28th of September 2014 – 06.00 P.M.
Paladin of the Romanity, Elena Bonelli spreads continuously the Roman key throughout the world. She grew up as actress and singer in the Gigi Proietti School, reinterpreting the Roman song in a new and elegant symphonic style that allows her, for the first time, to the major international theatres of cultured music.
With great success, she has performed historical stages such as the Rome Opera and the Auditorium of Music, the Carnegie Hall in New York and the Champs Elysées in Paris and in institutional venues such as the United Nations Building and the Yeosu International Expo in Korea.
During the evening, sponsored by the Regione Lazio and Mediolanum, thanks to the skillful organization of Lino Fabrizi and the Artistic Direction of Edoardo Vianello, Elena will play all classical Roman pieces, as “Er Fattaccio der vicolo der moro” (the bad event in the moro’s alley), she will play unpublished pieces that she personally wrote and she will host the show.
In addition to Lando Fiorini and Vianello, Master Stelvio Cipriani is also expected to come.
At the end of the XXIV° edition of the renowned Festival, Elena Bonelli will award the new Roman talents that won the contest this year.
